First things first, what is a clean eating challenge?
A clean eating challenge is a 30 day nutritional challenge, where you remove foods from your diet that we know cause issues detrimental to your health. These foods are grains of any kind, dairy, sugar, legumes(beans) and alcohol. The standard American diet is a very inflammatory one and these foods are a major reason for the inflammation. We have found through several challenges and working with hundreds of people that eliminating these foods will have a positive effect on numerous areas of your health. For more in-depth descriptions that we have used to launch other challenges click here, & here.
Below we have linked to what we feel are some of our more informative posts, by category. Use this a s a resource to help you throughout the challenge or throughout the year.
