Here is a great blog post by a guy we follow on-line named Jason Seib who has a blog called Primitive Stimulus. He does most of his posting over at Everyday Paleo now but some of his older posts are well worth the read. This one encapsulates just about everything we try to do with our training and teaching in one post. It is easy to say, but much harder to do.
