Tuesday February 7, 2012-Workout


Complete 3 rounds of:

1 minute dumbbell or kettlebell swings
1 minute goblet squat
1 minute jumprope or double unders
1 minute of pull-ups(we did jumping pull-ups)
1 minute of val-slide mountain climbers
Rest 1 minute before completing the next round.
Record the number of reps for each round.
