We are back! It has been a crazy month. We started with a hard drive crash in mid may and the resultant scramble to save any and everything we could, including all of our pictures, which if you know us you know there are not many, but the ones we have are special. We were able to do it but I swear the next computer we get is going to be a MAC. We then moved to Clarksburg, the move went smooth, but we had issues with Verizon and were not able to get TV, internet or phone for our first two weeks. We are now up and running and looking forward to slapping up regular posts about what we hope will be a banner summer for New Dawn Fitness. Some of the things we have in store are a new, reworked, nutrition packet, several new exercises, videos of workouts, and product and book reviews. We are excited about a nutrition workshop in July with Robb Wolf, the man who pretty much started our journey. He has a book coming out The Paleo Solution in September. It promises to be well worth a read. We will also hold, yet another, 30 day challenge at the end of the summer. Lastly, we have the Warrior Dash coming up in October. We are taking a group up to battle the obstacles in a tough 5k trail race. We will begin to sprinkle some more runs into the workouts we post on Mon., Wed., and Fri.
